The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Mental Health Resources

Safety starts with what's under the hardhat.

Mental health is an essential part of total worker safety, particularly in the construction industry, where workers face an elevated risk of suicide. Just as we prioritize physical safety, we must also recognize changes in our teammates, check in with one another and connect those who may be struggling with resources. By making mental health and suicide prevention part of everyday safety conversations, we can help protect the well-being of our workforce.
