BasisBoard
99% of NECA estimating teams track bids on spreadsheets. This causes frustrations; "I get forwarded the same bid invite 5 or 6 times" or "It takes me 3 hours in Excel to break-down win-ratio and revenue by GC and estimator"
BasisBoard connects to an estimator's inbox and automatically organizes ITBs on a bid board (GC name, plan links, deadlines). For estimators, no more missed addendas. For chief estimators, reports on GCs and team performance in seconds.

eTurns
There is a way to tighten up your job site inefficiencies in order to avoid: 1) electricians sitting idle without the right part; 2) cash sitting in overstocked inventory; 3) tools walking off the job site
Seven of the top eight electrical distributors and many smaller ones use the eTurns TrackStock App to automate replenishment with their contractors. The good news? You don’t have to implement this on your own - you just have to let your distributor know you want this service. In this presentation, we’ll show you how eTurns TrackStock can help you decrease inventory levels by up to 73% through optimization and min/max tuning. We’ll review how our reporting tools and analytics can give you scheduled insights into usage by project and phase, how our tool tracking app works, and how we can help manage inventory on service trucks. Agora
At up to 40%, materials are the second-largest driver of project cost. Electrical contractors pay hidden premiums to get their materials to the jobsite due to ineffective materials management, which is widespread in construction today. Processes are fractured and rely on tools created long before the existence of smart phones and tablets. Instead of collaborating, teams end up blocking each other. In this webinar, we'll explain how electrical contractors can digitize their supply chains and get their $100/hr electricians back to what they do best: building. Key topics will include: digitizing requisitions, tracking vendor performance, managing buyouts, and streamlining communication between the field, office, and distributors with easy-to-use software.

MSUITE
Collecting valuable fabrication data like real-time statuses, performance metrics, complexity of work and more are far simpler when you have the right tools. MSUITE helps contractors leverage the work they are already doing. For example, it can tell contractors how long a work package will take to fabricate, whether they’ll make a projected due date and budget, or if they have enough manpower in the shop without a lot of manual effort tracking and filling out spreadsheets.
Managing a project after it has been awarded can seriously affect a contractor’s bottom line. Access to project information, as well as tracking of time on the project, standardized processes and organization of project data are key – and technology can help! Attend this webinar session to preview some of the software for construction project management that is available and turn your project into a win!

ICT
Tracker
Research is finding that 70% of a contractor’s time is tracking down data while only 25% is spent proactively making efficient decisions to minimize risk and ultimately keep them on time and on budget. We believe many successful contractors that have a proactive and automated way to keep them on time and on budget is the key to their profitability. However, as there is a rampant lack of technology in our industry many contractors still live in a very manual world with limited tools. Innovative Construction Technology comes from the industry. In fact, having been in the field for years and having seen so many inefficiencies on the jobsite, they experienced the frustration of tracking data first-hand as it prevented us from getting to their goals of profitability. In this webinar, you will hear from CTO, David Francis, how he took that frustration and developed ICT Tracker.

Raken
After seeing endless construction software that was complex and made for the office, Raken designed a tool with the field crews in mind. It’s the easiest app to use that helps you collect better data straight from the field. Instead of spending an extra hour at the end of every day, superintendents and subcontractors can complete their daily reports as they walk the jobsite. They can quickly complete a daily checklist, log any notes with voice-to-text, complete time cards, take photos, then sign and send the report—all in one place.
In addition to daily reports, Raken helps streamline time cards, production tracking (including materials and equipment logs), and toolbox talks. It makes it easy to collect better jobsite data, while giving the office real-time dashboards and insights into what’s happening each day. In this webinar, we’ll cover: dailies that will help you win more jobs and protect you from litigation, easy time tracking to streamline payroll, getting visibility into jobsite progress with dashboards and insights, and performing toolbox talks to be compliant on your safety metrics.
