Today's Member Monday spotlight is on Tri-City Group for their outstanding work on The Last Picture House project in Davenport, IA. This ambitious renovation transformed an 8,700-square-foot historic building into a 13,000-square-foot, two-story movie theater with cutting-edge screens, a rooftop bar, and an outdoor deck.
