The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Over 200,000 veterans exit their military service every year. Our Veteran Recruitment Program is a strategic initiative designed to connect skilled veterans transitioning out of the military with rewarding career opportunities in the electrical contracting industry. A coalition of associations – NAED, NEMA, NEMRA, and NECA have joined forces to fill industry job vacancies with service members separating from the military.

NECA members can post non-bargaining positions to be matched with a job-seeking veteran for free.

Through our partnership with VIPER Transitions (Veteran Internships Providing Employment Readiness), association members can post jobs at no cost and tap into a pipeline of highly trained, motivated, and mission-driven professionals ready to contribute to your workforce.

VIPER Transitions is a veteran-led nonprofit organization dedicated to helping U.S. service members successfully navigate the transition from military to civilian careers. By partnering with VIPER, we are ensuring veterans have a direct pathway into our industry.
