NECA Innovation Institute Cohorts Showcase Progress and Innovation in Atlanta
The DaVinci and Franklin Cohorts of NECA’s Innovation Institute (NII) recently gathered in Atlanta, GA, for an inspiring week of program reviews and collaborative engagement.
Throughout the week, participants had the opportunity to present progress updates on their capstone projects, highlighting innovative solutions to industry challenges. A key part of the event included an exclusive session with leadership from Southwire, where the cohorts explored cutting-edge technologies and forward-thinking strategies shaping the electrical construction industry.
Adding to the experience, the groups were treated to an in-depth tour of the Allison-Smith Company, guided by industry leaders Todd Grossweiler, Brian Russ, and Franklin Cohort member Leah Mack. The tour provided valuable insights into operational excellence and innovation within the sector.
The week concluded with the DaVinci Cohort presenting their capstone projects at Southwire’s Atlanta offices, demonstrating their creativity, collaboration, and vision for the future of electrical contracting.
