Sep 29, 2023

When Lette graduated from high school, he was uncertain of the direction he should take with his career. His father was an IBEW electrician, and he eventually decided to follow in his footsteps and enter the Apprenticeship program. INDUSTRY OBSERVATIONS

One change Lette has observed throughout his career is the power of technology. The internet, social media, mobile apps, software, and innovative hardware have all revolutionized our industry. The use of these technologies has allowed job sites to increase communication, work safer, and be more efficient. When used correctly, technology can make companies more competitive and profitable.
