Mark Harasha Re-Elected as NECA's Vice President At Large
During a meeting of the NECA Board of Governors on Friday, September 29, Mark Harasha, President of Michels Power, Inc. in Brownsville, Wisconsin, was re-elected as NECA's Vice President at Large.
NECA is an association of electrical contractors responsible for the most innovative and safest electrical construction in the U.S. NECA’s goal is to advance the industry through advocacy, education, research, and standards development. The Executive Committee develops and implements the objectives and policies of NECA.
Mark started his career in the electrical industry as a groundman in 1984, graduating from Moraine Park Technical College. He started his line apprenticeship in 1987, then advanced from journeyman to foreman to general foreman. He served in other roles, including construction manager, estimating manager, and taking leadership of Michels Power in 2012. Throughout his tenure, Mark has guided significant business growth without compromising his commitment to safety.
Mark is a long-time, active NECA advocate, serving on the Southwestern Line Constructors Chapter Board of Directors and is a representative for the Western Line Constructors Chapter. He has been a member of NECA’s Large Contractors group since 2014.
