The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans Announces NECA’s Kevin Tighe as President and Chair

Kevin Tighe, Vice President of Labor Relations and Field Service at the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) has been elected to the position of President and Chair on the 2022 executive committee for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. This is a volunteer position that will place Tighe at the head of the committee that holds authority over all programs and business affairs for the International Foundation, while continuing to serve in his current role at NECA.

Tighe is the first NECA representative to be elected to this prestigious position. Also, Tighe has appointed more than a dozen NECA Chapter and Staff Executives and IBEW Business Managers as members on committees for the International Foundation representing management and labor.

The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans is the premier educational organization dedicated to providing the diverse employee benefits community with objective, solution-oriented education, research, and information to ensure the health and financial security of plan beneficiaries worldwide.
