The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.


Your Guide to Our New Website

Welcome to the new! We are excited to be launching this brand-new website experience.

If this is your first time interacting with the new website, and you are looking to log in, you will need to reset your password.

Accessing your new account for the first time.

  1. When you first visit the new, click on “Member Login” at the top of the window.
  2. In the dropdown menu, select “Login.”
  3. If this is your first time attempting to login, do not fill out your email and password. Instead, click the link “Forgot Password?”
  4. On this page, please enter the email address associated with your NECA account.
  5. When your email address is entered, click the red “Reset Your Password” button.
  6. Now, go to your email inbox. You should receive an email from “Community Hub.” It may take up to 15 minutes to arrive.
  7. If you do not receive the email, check with your company IT department to ensure the email was not blocked by a spam filter. If this does not resolve the problem, contact NECA.
  8. In the body of the email you receive, click on the link “Reset My Password.” This will take you to a page on
  9. On this page, you will be asked to set a new password. Type it in the first box, and then type it again below to verify it.
  10. Once you click the button “Submit,” your new password will be set.
  11. Log in to your new NECA account using your email address and the password you have just created. You will no longer login with your User ID number.
