"It has been an honor to represent NECA and construction employers for the last two years on the OSHA Advisory Committee for Construction Safety and Health," Wheeler said. "Being able to work with OSHA and our trade association partners from labor to review potential regulations and issues affecting safety in construction industry allows all of us to be there and assist OSHA in developing meaning regulations and guidance without creating undue burdens that could cripple the construction industry. I am also honored that Secretary Walsh and OSHA has selected me to continue to represent NECA and construction employers for another two year term on the OSHA ACCSH committee.”
