The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

In Memoriam: Leo W. Weber, Jr. (1925–2020)

Leo W. Weber, Jr., who served as NECA President from 1990–1993, passed away peacefully at his home on December 31, 2020. He was 95 years old. He is survived by eight children, 25 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and his sister-in-law Phyllis (Paul) Urbanski. 

Mr. Weber founded Weber Electric in St. Paul, Minn., in 1960. In addition to his term as NECA President, he served as President and Governor of St. Paul Chapter, NECA, for many years and as NECA District 7 Vice President from 1986–1989. He was inducted into the Academy of Electrical Contracting in 1985 and was Chairman of the Academy from 1994–1997.

Mr. Weber served in the United States Navy during World War II and was a survivor of the Normandy Invasion.
