Located in South San Francisco, Devil's Canyon Brewing Co. recently made a greener choice for their energy consumption needs. Partnering with their National Electrical Contractors Association - NECA contractor-neighbor and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, a new solar array in their parking lot doubles as a way to offset their energy bills and provide shade and an escape from the elements for guests.
And, as mentioned, it was as easy as asking for some neighborly advice.
NECA Contractor, Intermountain Electric, Inc. Bay Area offices are just around the corner from the brewery and offer a high level of professionalism, and energy solutions knowhow as an added bonus.
Not only did they install the array, but they also agreed to own it themselves and sell the power back to Devil’s Canyon at an agreed-upon price; providing no out-of-pocket costs or upkeep for the customer. This is made possible by the NECA Project Development Platform.
