The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

NECA Safety Ambassadors Medal – 2019

In 2019 NECA established the NECA Safety Ambassadors Medal to recognize a NECA member that exemplifies superior performance in the area of workplace safety by providing effective and outstanding leadership, support, and recognition to all employees that lead by example. In 2018, with the best record in the Safety Excellence and achieving ZERO Injuries in addition to achieving the best in class OSHA statistics, Forest Electric Corporation has excelled, and is an excellent example of consistently managing safety as a core value and an integral part of the electrical contracting business.

The NECA Safety Ambassadors Medal recipient is selected for achieving a superior safety performance in both of the NECA Recognition of Safety Achievement Programs. This cumulative score is based on an overall point system for having injury and illness rates and an Experience Modification Rate (EMR) which were both by far better than OSHA and insurance minimum industry standards. Achieving the 2019 NECA Safety Ambassadors Medal, Forest Electric Corporation has demonstrated a significant safety commitment and has upheld the highest of level of safety standards during 2018.
