Lemberg Electric Company, Inc.
Lemberg Electric’s service-minded approach is the foundation for exceeding expectations and making a meaningful impact in the community. As an employee-owned organization, its commitment to a quality experience extends to employees, customers, and the communities it serves.
Each year, Lemberg supports more than 50 area organizations through collections, sponsorships, volunteer efforts, and community participation. These initiatives benefit children and families, the infirm and underserved, and active military and veterans—addressing needs such as hunger, health and wellness, education, and safety. Its involvement includes long-standing support for efforts like the Thomas R. Perra Memorial Golf Outing, as well as donated services for projects such as the renovation of the Center for Veterans Issues in Milwaukee.
Lemberg also invests in workforce development by participating in local career day events, where employees lead interactive, hands-on presentations that introduce students to opportunities in the electrical field.
From school supply and holiday gift drives to supporting customers facing serious health challenges, Lemberg’s outreach spans urban, suburban, and rural communities. While the organization’s efforts make a difference, it is the employees who truly drive the impact. Lemberg supports their individual giving by providing time and opportunities to volunteer and give back.
At Lemberg, service is more than a single act—it is a mindset and a core part of the company’s culture. By fostering a team committed to community impact, Lemberg creates a ripple effect that extends far beyond each individual effort.
