Participation Needed: Officer & Overhead Personnel Compensation Data Collection
NECA has commissioned a study to provide a profile of electrical contractor officer and overhead personnel compensation and fringe benefits policies, and we need your company's information to ensure we are providing a comprehensive landscape. The data used in the study reflects the real-life experience of NECA-member firms. That’s what makes it such a valuable tool for benchmarking compensation and benefit levels in the electrical contractor industry! The survey is confidential and should take less than 30 minutes to complete. Feedback is due no later than July 17.
Deliver Measurable Value to Your Firm
NECA's Executive Management Institute (EMI) is closing in on a full roster, and only a handful of seats remain. Over three and a half intensive days, EMI delivers the management strategies, leadership tools, and industry-specific insights senior executives and emerging leaders need to drive real performance and profitability. From financial analysis and strategic management to process design and measuring firm performance, every session is built to deliver measurable value back to your firm. Whether you're a seasoned executive or a rising manager ready to lead, this is the room you want to be in.
