The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Congressman John Garamendi represents California’s Eighth Congressional District. With 30 years of experience in California water issues, Garamendi is a leading advocate for a comprehensive water plan that includes water recycling, conservation, and storage to help meet California’s needs. Congressman Garamendi has been a leader on the House Armed Services Committee where he is strong advocate of build America and buy America policies. He continues to work to ensure that domestic manufacturing is able to return to the United States to ensure a hardened national defense policy.
