The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Host Contractor: Managing Independent and Sub Contractors

This session will take you through proper management and legal issues when managing all contractors including "Contract" Employees, part time and full time employees as part of the 1999 Multi Employer Policy that was incorporated in the 29 CFR 1910.269 2012 Update. This session will also define the regulation requirements for supervision, oversight and training for all employees.
