The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
Dr. Spalding is an innovator and accomplished national security policy strategist. He has served in senior positions of strategy and diplomacy within the Defense and State Departments for more than 26 years, retiring as brigadier general. He was the Senior Director for Strategy to the President at the National Security Council and his innovation while serving in the White House has led to a reset in national security and public policy regarding telecommunications in the US as well as globally.
