In this webinar, we will share how the NECA/ELECTRI Project Management Apprenticeship is helping contractors solve that problem by developing project managers from within through a U.S. Department of Labor–registered, one-year apprenticeship program.
Now operating nationally under NECA, the program has already enrolled 130+ project managers from NECA contractors across the country, creating a proven, scalable pathway to build, retain, and upskill talent.
This session will walk through how the program works, who it’s for, what contractors are seeing in real results, and how companies can enroll apprentices in upcoming cohorts beginning this spring.
