The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Project managers need to understand basic financial information and should be able to connect the
financial performance of their project to the performance of the business overall. In this session, we
will explain the basics of Earned Value Management, job cost accounting and explain key concepts
such as cash flow and profit. The project manager will gain deeper appreciation for the importance of
actions that impact profitability, reporting and cash flow.

Project managers are also project leaders. We will explore both management and leadership behaviors
and explain how they are different. We will discuss what effective leadership looks like and how to
lead more effectively.
