The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels.   • Working with Vigor outdoors to focus on Wim Hof breathing techniques followed by an ice bath.  This is an amazing way to invigorate the senses.  This will help in reducing inflammation, getting a more restful sleep, and invigorate you throughout the day.   $12 per person.
