The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Wesley has over 33 years of electrical experience. Prior to joining NECA, he focused on safety as an OSHA instructor and safety director for a large industrial-based electrical contractor in Florida. Wesley has taught OSHA instructor classes for the Electrical Training ALLIANCE and has participated in Safety training at the annual NTI for the last 5 years. Wesley has served in many capacities in his career from electrician, foreman, superintendent, estimator, project manager to safety director.

Mike Starner is NECA’s Director, Outside Line Safety. Mike is a Certified Utility Safety Professional (CUSP) and an OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainer. Mike has 29 years of operational and safety management experience in the electric utility field.
