The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
Maria Ford is the President of Commercial | Industrial | 2-Step in North America for Global Tools and Storage (GTS), a $2B organization with a team of more than 450 people. In this position, Maria is responsible for the sales, channel marketing and user-facing strategy of GTS products distributed under the DEWALT, DEWALT Anchors & Fasteners, LENOX, PROTO and STANLEY brands in the North American commercial construction market.
Maria started her career with Stanley Black & Decker (SBD) in 1998 as an intern on the Home Depot team. Since then, she has held roles of increasing responsibility in sales, product marketing and channel marketing for a variety of Stanley Black & Decker’s largest brands and customer accounts.
Along with her leadership position at SBD, Maria serves on the Executive Board for ISA and is a member of the Women Industrial Supply Executives (W.I.S.E.). Maria also serves on the Evergreen Marketing Group’s Supplier Advisory Council. She actively works to keep SBD’s products and brands and the forefront of the construction and industrial vertical, while also advocating for the advancement of women in the industry.
Maria holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Loyola University Maryland, and lives in the Baltimore area.
