The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Jon Finch is the SVP of Talent for Milwaukee Tool. He leads the teams responsible for Talent Acquisition, Training, Development, and Talent Management. He has spent the last 20+ years working on finding the best people to help the company grow over 20% each year. Jon has held multiple roles in sales, operations, training and recruiting. He developed the Pudwill Leadership Center to develop employees to quickly learn the business and be successful in their roles. Jon has adapted technology for each generation entering the business and has focused on the profitability required to sustain the growing business needs. Jon has also held multiple leadership roles in the building construction trades related to career development at the High School and College levels and serves on local boards and committees focused on business and workforce development.
