The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Officer and Overhead Compensation Report

NECA has once again commissioned a study to provide a profile of electrical contractor officer and overhead personnel compensation and fringe benefits policies, and we need your company's information to ensure we are providing a comprehensive landscape.

The data used in the study reflects the real-life experience of NECA-member firms. That’s what makes it such a valuable tool for benchmarking compensation and benefit levels in the electrical contractor industry!

You can rest assured that your information is kept confidential! The only people who can view uploaded company financials are the person who submitted it and the company that analyzes the information (Industry Insights). The focus is on aggregate industry data. The purpose is NOT to highlight the performance of individual companies. Industry Insights will not use the submitted information for any purpose and will not contact any participating company, except to assist in the NECA Office and Overhead Compensation Study, such as answering questions about data fields, etc. Due to this process, there is no ability to see a list of participating companies and no company is ever identified in the NECA Office and Overhead Compensation Study results.

The resulting Officer and Overhead Personnel Compensation Study will include data on topics such as:
  • Annual Wages Paid to Overhead Employees
  • Officer Compensation (Salaries, Bonuses and Dividends)
  • Employee Benefit Information
  • Vacation and Sick Leave Policies
  • Retirement/Pension Plan Information
You can see a past version of this survey here. All respondents will receive a complimentary copy of the Officer and Overhead Personnel Compensation Study and a customized individual Company Compensation Report. Additionally, respondents will receive access to a comprehensive officer-level compensation calculator and an infographic of the study’s key results.

The survey is confidential and should take less than 30 minutes to complete. Feedback is due no later than July 19.

If you have any questions about how to fill out this survey, please email Jenny Tweed of Industry Insights, Inc. at [email protected]
