The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
In our industry, we start with hands-on skills–bending conduit, pulling wire–before advancing to running work, managing projects and leading others. This growth happens with knowledge and for some that thirst for knowledge continues to grow.
To facilitate that thirst, NECA is partnering with institutions of higher education on degree and certificate programs. Specially curated for individuals in electrical construction firms, these programs will allow people across firms to grow in their roles.
The first six partner institutions: Dunwoody College of Technology, University of Massachusetts Global, University of Wisconsin – Stout, University of Arkansas, Oakland City University and Community College of Allegheny County are all focused on providing you a curated selection of programs you can access right now.
