In addition, he co-chairs the bipartisan Problem Solvers Caucus with Rep. Josh Gottheimer and the relaunched Bipartisan Building Trades Caucus with Rep. Norcross. Congressman Fitzpatrick has been a steadfast supporter of apprenticeship programs, prevailing wages, and Project Labor Agreements. He was instrumental in passing the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) which authorized $1.2 trillion for infrastructure.
