Nicole Hite began her career in her family’s small painting business and went on to spend nearly twenty years with the Southwest Washington Chapter NECA, advancing to Executive Director and leading benefit trusts and regional portability initiatives. She joined NECA National in 2022 as the Western Region Field Representative for District 6 and the Northwest Line Chapter, focusing on partnership-building, mentoring new chapter managers, and supporting major end-user clients. Nicole played a key role in resolving the 2024 IBEW low-voltage strike through strong collaboration with the IBEW 9th District. As Western Region Executive Director, Nicole represents Districts 6, 8, and 9, as well as the NW and SW Line Chapters.
