Conference Overview

This year’s conference will include a wide range of presentations from electrical industry experts aimed to create a foundation of knowledge and transferable skills to improve labor relations in all aspects for attendees.

NECA and IBEW representatives and Keynote speakers Dan McCray and C. Richard Barnes. Topics will include labor relations best practices, the use of data to facilitate negotiations, cultivating relationships, and collaborative bargaining seminars. Additionally, discussions will be held on CIR with a mock CIR panel, Legal and Regulatory updates, and how to work across the aisle with your IBEW counterparts.

Please note: if you are planning to attend the ELECTRI Council July meeting taking place before the Labor Relations Conference at the InterContinental Boston, you will need to make two reservations under both the ELECTRI room block and the Labor Relations room block.
