Jonathan Mandl is the Executive Director of Labor Relations at the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA). Since joining NECA in 2017, Jonathan has held several key leadership roles across both chapter and national levels.

He began his career as a Staff Associate in the Eastern Region, supporting the New York City Chapter and multiple chapters throughout District I. He later joined the Central Ohio Chapter, first as Assistant Chapter Manager, and in 2020, was promoted to Chapter Manager, where he led the chapter for over three years.

In 2023, Jonathan returned to NECA National as a Field Representative for the Eastern Region, covering eight chapters across two states. He was appointed Director of Labor Relations in 2024 and promoted to his current role in 2025.

Jonathan brings years of experience in labor relations, chapter operations, and strategic labor-management cooperation, and regularly leads educational programs on labor relations across the country.
