Proudly born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio, Jack graduated from Youngstown State University before earning his Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron School of Law in 2001. Prior to joining NECA, Jack was a practicing attorney at the law firm of Manchester, Newman & Bennett in Youngstown, Ohio for 10 years. His areas of practice included civil litigation and estate planning. He is also a licensed Civil and Domestic Mediator.
