Dan McCray
Dan McCray has over 25 years in labor relations serving as Director of Labor Relations, Chief Labor Strategist, labor arbitrator and mediator, trainer, coach and consultant. Since 2011, he has served as the Director of Cornell ILR School’s world renowned Labor Relations Professional Programs, working with over 1000 mid-career professionals from over 100 organizations in the private and public sector in the United States, Latin America and Europe. His specialty includes (1) leading collective bargaining, including designing and executing labor and bargaining strategies that drive organizational goals, (2) developing negotiation skills with a focus on difficult negotiations and people, (3) operating day-to-day in a unionized environment and (4) creating labor-management partnerships that go beyond collective bargaining and contract administration. Dan also teaches several negotiation classes for the Luxembourg School of Business’ Weekend MBA and Executive Education programs. He is a graduate of Macalester College and New York University School of Law.
