Carrie MacIntosh is the Vice President, General Counsel at Rosendin Electric, Inc., a nationwide, employee-owned electrical contractor. Rosendin serves a wide array of customers, performing work across a variety of sectors – including biotech/pharma, data centers, commercial projects, and energy projects. Carrie oversees Rosendin’s Risk Management Department, and is based in San Jose, CA. Carrie works closely with many business units across the Company, including Field Leadership, and oversees the negotiation of the company’s largest contracts.

Prior to joining Rosendin in late 2021, Carrie was a partner at the law firm of Rutan and Tucker, LLP, and was a member of its construction practice group. While at Rutan and Tucker, LLP, Carrie’s work focused on both construction litigation (including arbitration), and transactional work.
