The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Since 2007, Dr. Manzo directed the NC Governor Performance Excellence Program. Continuing this work, Dr. Manzo provides consulting services nationwide. CEO of Business Transformation Solutions, Deb’s clients are in the healthcare, manufacturing, government, military, and education sectors. She provides direct coaching, facilitation, and performance excellence development in leadership, strategic development & execution, knowledge management, dashboard implementation, process improvements, and results-based decision-making. This includes custom-designed learning opportunities for senior leaders, boards, councils, directors, managers, supervisors, and the front-line workforce. Clients included Duke Health System, Duke Energy, Keihin Honda, Hyster/Yale, Purdue Pharma, Charlotte-Mecklenburg School System, ECU, NCSU, NC National Guard, DOD, City of Fayetteville, and the Village of Pinehurst, to name a few.

Dr. Manzo serves on the Editorial Review Board for the American Society for Quality- Quality Management Journal and Harvard Business Review (HBR). Since 1999, she has served the United States National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST) and the American Healthcare Association (AHCA) as a National Baldrige Master Examiner. She has served as the Senior Director for Continuous Improvement and Professional Development for an organization with 14,000 employees and 125 sites. Dr. Manzo served as a Clinical Associate Professor with UNC-Chapel Hill since 1999 with extensive experience teaching masters and doctoral students in leadership, diversity, performance excellence, research and evaluation.
