Tara Canfield is Director of U.S. Contractor Strategy at Schneider Electric, focused on shaping the future of the electrical contractor channel through national strategy and industry partnerships. With more than 20 years of experience across sales, marketing, and product management, she brings a deep understanding of how contractors are navigating increasing project complexity, digitalization, and shifting customer expectations.

Tara works closely with contractors, industry organizations, and internal teams to translate market trends into actionable strategies that help contractors grow, differentiate, and compete in a changing landscape. She serves on ELECTRI International’s Program Review Committee (PRC) as well as the NECA Premier Partner Council, contributing to initiatives that advance industry collaboration and innovation.
