Steve Rose
Steve Rose is the Director of Innovation: Technical | Facilities | Labs at the Los Angeles Electrical Training Institute, where he leads initiatives that modernize facilities, technology, and hands-on training to meet the rapidly evolving demands of the electrical industry. With more than 44 years in electrical construction and over 29 years dedicated to apprenticeship education and workforce development, he has served the trade as an electrician, inspector, educator, inventor, and industry leader. Earlier in his career, he served as an Electrical Inspector for the City of Los Angeles and later as Corporate Director of Prefab and Packaging at Rosendin Electric, where he led national prefab strategy and developed more than 20 innovations that improved prefab operations and jobsite efficiency. He has served on technical advisory committees for the City of Los Angeles and Los Angeles County Departments of Building and Safety and contributed to the State of California Electrician License Exam Review Panel. Steve is a frequent speaker at national industry events including the NECA Convention and Advancing Prefabrication, where he shares insights on workforce development, industrialized construction, and innovation in the skilled trades.
