Patrick Cunningham is a National Account Executive in the Association Risk Management Services (ARMS) department of Federated Insurance where he leads strategic partnerships with national association and buying groups around the country. With over 25 years of experience in marketing and risk management, Patrick specializes in helping business owners in niche industries—including manufacturing and installation services—understand and mitigate their most pressing risks.

Over the course of his career, Patrick has served as a successful Marketing Representative, Account Executive-ARMS, District Marketing Manager, and Senior Marketing Representative. He has earned the trust of hundreds of business owners nationwide by delivering tailored guidance in safety, risk management, and business operations—always with a focus on value, service, and long-term relationships. His leadership and performance have been recognized through multiple honors, including Federated’s Chairman’s Council, Big Hitter Club, Monthly Leadership Council, and the Life and Disability Income Contest. A respected voice within the company, Pat has contributed to numerous strategic initiatives, including Focus Meetings, pilot programs, and educational workshops. He has also served as a presenter at “Street-Talk” seminars and Federated’s Risk Management Academy, where he shared practical insights with business leaders across industries.

A native of Kansas City, MO and an alum of the University of Central Missouri with a bachelor’s in business management, Patrick and his wife are the proud parents of three daughters and two grandchildren.
