Joe Leggo is Vice President at BCES Global, where he supports operational strategy, leadership development, and the integration of operating companies across the organization. With nearly four decades of experience in electrical construction, testing and commissioning, and technical services, Joe has built and led high-performing teams supporting power systems from low-voltage distribution through utility-scale infrastructure.

Prior to joining BCES Global, Joe spent over 35 years with O’Connell Electric Company, where he served as Vice President and led the creation and expansion of the company’s Technical Services division. Under his leadership, the group grew into a major service and infrastructure operation providing electrical preventive maintenance, utility testing and commissioning, engineering support, and 24/7 service across the Northeast.

In his current role, Joe works closely with leadership teams across multiple companies to strengthen operational performance, support workforce development, and assist with mergers and acquisitions that expand capabilities and service offerings across the BCES organization.

Joe began his career as an electrician and progressed through the industry as a foreman, project manager, division manager, and executive leader. He remains actively involved in NECA service and maintenance initiatives and is passionate about developing the next generation of electrical industry leaders.
