Jason is the CTO for Workplace Transformation at Cisco where he is shaping the future of flexible work environments with technology being designed into projects from inception.

With two decades of experience in technical leadership and systems architecture, Jason has developed a strong understanding of the interplay between technology and business needs. His career began in the reseller community with a focus on security risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and the deployment of collaboration technologies and data center design. He spent a tenure as the enterprise architect at a leading national healthcare provider, crafting multi-vendor solutions that directly addressed complex business outcomes.

Beyond his strategic and leadership roles, Jason has a passion mentoring, coaching, and developing the next generation of technical leaders within Cisco and beyond. He delivers career development programs and workshops impacting technical talent cultivation and retention at Cisco.

He resides in Jackson, MS with his wife Wendi, with whom he shares a keen interest in entrepreneurship and sports. They operate a business that not only coaches athletes but also promotes community involvement through cycling events and ride camps. Their two teenage sons, Alan and Jake, are active in year-round basketball echoing their parents' athletic interests.
