Greg Silverman serves as Chief Revenue Officer at MHT Technologies, where he leads revenue strategy, sales growth, and strategic partnerships supporting the company’s expansion in intelligent building infrastructure. Previously serving as Vice President of Sales, Greg has played a key role in bringing Power over Ethernet (PoE) solutions to developers, building owners, and enterprise organizations seeking more efficient and connected buildings. Greg brings a strong background in commercial real estate to the smart building industry. A licensed real estate agent since college and active real estate investor, he has spent much of his career working with property owners, developers, and investors across the Hudson County market. Greg is also a member of the PropTech Committee, a knowledge-sharing group focused on advancing innovation and collaboration across the property technology ecosystem.
