Frank Favaro is the President and Founder of ServeCentric Coaching, where he helps skilled trades companies elevate service, leadership, and team performance. With a unique background across distribution, contracting, and consulting, Frank brings a 360-degree perspective on what drives customer loyalty, culture, and profitability.
As service sales leader at Smith & Oby from 2017 to 2020, Frank helped grow the Cleveland- based mechanical contractor’s service business from $2 million to $20 million—while consistently doubling the national average for net margin. That impact contributed to the firm’s selection as Plumbing & Mechanical Magazine’s 2019 Contractor of the Year.
A graduate of the MSCA Sales Masters program, Frank was mentored in the customer experience principles of Chick-fil-A and Ritz-Carlton by best-selling author John DiJulius, along with The Go-Giver author Bob Burg. His outside-the-industry influences shape a fresh, people- first approach to growth in the trades.
Frank delivers keynotes, workshops, and coaching for MCAA, SMACNA, NECA, and other leading associations. He was named 2022 Customer Service Revolution Consultant of the Year and contributes regularly to top trades publications. He also serves as an executive producer of the Clash of Dynasties docuseries.
