ROOM RATES

The guest room rates are subject to a 12% Hotel Lodging tax, a Municipality tax of 5% for alcohol, as well as a $25.00 Resort Services Fee. Taxes and fees are subject to change without notice.

The Resort Fee of $25.00 per room per day plus applicable tax provides for use of resort activities and amenities such as housekeeping, Fitness Center, Pool Facilities, Internet and resort offerings.

• May 7 is the cut-off date for hotel reservations (after which rooms and rates cannot be guaranteed).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that this year, due to the limited hotel availability, we can only offer one hotel room per Fellow. If you are planning to have additional family members travel with you, we recommend finding separate local accommodations.

Check-In Time: 4:00 pm | Check-Out Time: 11:00 am. Guests arriving prior to 4:00 pm will be given access to accommodations as they become available.

HOTEL POLICIES

Cancellation Policy: Individual reservations for guestrooms can be canceled up to 48-hours prior before the arrival date to avoid a one night fee plus applicable taxes. In the event a guest does not arrive to claim their guaranteed reservation, they will be charged a “no show” fee in the amount of the full anticipated room charges.

Deposit: A first night’s room, fees, and tax deposit are due at time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
