Ava Hudak is a young and driven manufacturing leader based in Binghamton, NY. She has been with Buckingham Manufacturing for 4.5 years, starting as a production analyst and quickly rising to Manufacturing Manager overseeing all in-house production. Ava holds a Master’s in Supply Chain Management and thrives on making processes stronger, faster, and smarter. She loves leading her diverse team and leveraging their unique skills to drive results. She recently won the Binghamton Chamber of Commerce HYPE Award which is an event to honor young professionals in the area. While she never expected to be in operations, she has found her passion in leading with authenticity, influence, and results.
