Kristina is formerly the owner of Georgia Girl Management & Events, a third-party contracting company providing temporary assistance to companies & associations who are looking for a specialized skill set pertaining to trade show & meetings industries. Additionally, she was the former Executive Director of Sales & Operations for LIGHTFAIR® International (LFI) for more than eight years. Being with AMC, Inc. / AmericasMart® and the producer of LFI for more than 24 years has provided her with the opportunity to be very diverse and gain experience within the company and the exhibition & event industry.

In her 24 years with AMC, Inc., she has held several positions, including Operations Director for Convention Services. She was responsible for planning, managing and overseeing all operational responsibilities for the LFI Trade Show and Conference. In her role, she manages and negotiates key vendor contracts and directs the marketing, planning, selling and implementation of the LFI Sponsorship Program.  

For NECA, she is responsible for trade show operations & logistics; key vendor management; sponsorship fulfillment & logistics; and assists in providing exhibitor services for the NECA Convention, NSPC, Safety Leadership Summit, E2E Summit along with BICSI & MEP on a limited basis.
