Kevin Tighe is the Vice President of Labor Relations and Field Service for the National Electrical Contractors Association. During his 35-year tenure, Kevin has served NECA as the North Florida Chapter Executive Director, Southern Region Field Representative, Executive Director of Workforce Development, and Executive Director of Labor Relations.

In addition to overseeing and coordinating the association’s labor relations and service delivery of NECA’s national Field Staff, Kevin also serves on the Council of Industrial Relations, is a Co-Chair of the NECA-IBEW Family Medical Care Plan and 401(k) Plan, and is President of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).

In 2019, Kevin was selected for the Robert L. Higgins Association Executive Distinguished Service Award and was inducted into the NECA Academy of Electrical Contracting.

Kevin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, and his Master of Business Administration from Jacksonville University.

Kevin and his wife Tammy have 3 children, and the family resides in Lovettsville, Virginia.
