Beth Ellis, Executive Director, Sales & Partnerships
Beth Ellis, the Executive Director of Sales & Partnerships, has been working at NECA for 31 years. She graduated from Elon College (now University) and started her career as a Tradeshow Coordinator for the National Grocers Association. In 1991, Beth became the Exposition Sales Manager for NECA. Beth was promoted to Executive Director, Convention-Exposition in 2006, overseeing the NECA Show and logistics for the Convention. During her tenure at NECA, she has overseen tremendous growth in the NECA Show, which currently boasts 300+ exhibitors and a $3.8 million revenue just in trade show and sponsorship sales for the association. In 2020 Beth moved under Pete Mastrorocco and became the Executive Director of Sales & Partnerships. Beth brought all sales in-house and added the Industry Alliance Network, which has an additional revenue of 2.5 million per year through Premier Partners, Ambassadors and Affiliates. She has earned high praise throughout the industry for her attention to detail, implementing innovative ideas for sponsorships, pricing, production, and building relationships. When Beth is not working for NECA, she loves to spend time with friends and family going to concerts, the beach, and entertaining.
