Amani started in hospitality as a Coordinator at American Boiler Mfg. Assoc, before going into hotels as a Banquet Event Concierge at the Ritz Carlton, Tysons Corner. With previous experience in the association world, NECA was a perfect fit, and she joined the team in April 2021. She is also a Georgia Southern University graduate (Proud Eagle!) 

Her fields of responsibility include but are not limited to sourcing and handling the RFP process for future meetings & events, as well as Safety (NSPC, SLS, Codes & Standards), MEP Innovation Conference, Innovation Institute, DEI&B and Business Development.
