Aaron Kelley is the Director of Government Affairs & Communications at the Penn-Del-Jersey Chapter, NECA. In this role, Aaron interacts closely with elected officials to advance the organization’s legislative and public policy goals. Aaron also acts as the staff liaison for the Chapter’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, which is dedicated to advancing DEI in the Penn-Del-Jersey Chapter and construction industry. Aaron is a member of the National DEI&B Task Force’s Bystander Program development subcommittee. Aaron is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a BA in Political Science and an MPA from Penn’s Fels Institute of Government.
