Tom Hicks has 30 years of experience leading operations and safety in the electric utility industry, working for both investor-owned utilities and line construction contractors. He started as an apprentice lineman in 1992 and worked his way into a leadership position. Tom is a long-standing member of the National Electrical Contractors Association management development committee and is part of the Quanta Services team that developed The Capacity Model. Tom has a degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Odessa College and holds multiple professional certifications. Tom currently serves as Vice President of Safety for Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, supporting programs and projects throughout the U.S.
