Perron is a senior manager with the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) where he helps executives and field staff build resilient, safety-focused cultures through interactive programs, workshops, and strategic planning. With expertise in business improvement, facilitation, workplace learning and coaching, Perron strives to intentionally align purpose, people, process, resources, and culture. Known for passionate, empathetic communication, Perron brings complex ideas to life in ways that inspire collaboration and action. He holds a BA in Communications and a Master of Science in Adult and Continuing Education from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and is certified as a Master Performance Consultant and Master Trainer by the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
